MEET MY COACH

I would like to acknowledge my own life coach, Lerae Frisby. Lerae is a certified graduate of Coach University and lives in Canada.

Lerae has been my personal life coach and mentor coach since early in 2003. Her coaching techniques have given me a fabulous sense of myself and have helped me tremendously in moving into my own coaching business. She has helped me develop a strong personal foundation from which I live my life.
